  • Repeat Purchases: By tracking repeat purchase rates, we confirmed high customer loyalty. We encouraged this further with subscriber discounts.
  • Ongoing Optimization: We tested new titles, images, and listing content. We managed rebrandings, formula changes, and discontinued underperformers to focus on bestsellers.

Inventory Management: Stock-outs became a recurring challenge. Each time, we proactively reduced ad spend in advance to minimize the impact, then ramped back up once inventory returned.

Amazon became their strongest sales channel by far, outpacing all other channels combined.
